The University appointed us to refurbish their existing accommodation, to bring it in line with both the latest Houses in Multiple Occupation requirements and the standards set by the most recent accommodation developments at the University.

The refurbishment, which consists mostly of interior changes and large scale new mechanical & electrical installation, included the reconditioning of bedrooms, the addition of further kitchen, living and dining areas along with additional bathroom facilities.

We carried out and completed the work under a challenging timeframe and decant programme, in order to meet the requirements of the University’s academic year.
