These well-deserved promotions are part of the on-going journey for Willmore Iles Architects which started seven years ago when we became a 100% owned Employee Ownership Trust and all four became a welcome addition to the leadership team. All have taken the opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills and capabilities for the benefit of the business and their hard work and dedication will continue to be invaluable as we move into the next stage in the transition and evolution of the company.
In their new roles, they will continue to work with our clients, delivering an exemplary service and creating great looking designs where both commercial viability and the creation of community are paramount. They will also become even more closely involved in the strategic running of the practice and its future direction.
We hope you will join us in offering them many congratulations and wishing them well in their new posts.
