After graduating from the University of Portsmouth, I worked as a freelance designer on several small-scale projects before joining a practice team specialising in residential design and listed buildings. During my masters at UWE, I have represented my university by facilitating and engaging with the local communities and stakeholders to discuss the growth and future of Bristol’s high streets. I have enjoyed improving my software and visualisation skills across a variety of both fully realised and conceptual projects, and engaging with clients to create unique and innovative design.
My research in biophilic design enhanced my interest and knowledge sustainability, specifically in the computational design of TiO2 for reducing urban pollution. My current interests in architecture are driven by a commitment to creating sustainable communities and cultivating social quality in all aspects of design. My new role at Willmore Iles will assist me on expanding my interests in both ecologically conscious design and sustainability.
I am an amateur but enthusiastic cook and foodie who enjoys traveling far and wide at any possible excuse. Playing Tennis, running and paddle boarding remain my preferred outdoor past times, while I favour slow hikes and seaside swims when I need to unwind.
