On Wednesday 4th December, Willmore Iles Architects attended the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards held at Wembley Stadium. We proudly had two completed projects nominated for the University Halls of Residence Award, and we are thrilled to announce that Pritchatts Park at the University of Birmingham won the award! This recognition highlights the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, as well as the university’s long-standing partnership with EQUANS UK & Ireland and Equitix.

The Property Week Judges noted:
There is a focus on accessible accommodation so that all students feel supported and can fully particate in campus life, with a community NPS score that has improved since its development. The ResLife scheme offers a diverse calendar of events and the student mentor team hosts a wellbeing cafe to support students.
