The site falls within a conservation area and is characterised by steep and heavily wooded slopes. The pavilion design allows the flexibility to position the buildings to minimise impact on the landscape.

We responded to the University’s request and made substantial modifications to an extant planning consent. The outcome was a high-quality scheme that met the University’s budgetary and programme constraints.
