We are delighted to share the news of our recent planning consent at Baxter’s Rise in collaboration with Habitat First Group. Introducing the newest addition ‘the Retreat’, set to offer a new experience at Silverlake.

The vision for Silverlake is to create a sustainable and inclusive co munity of holiday units where visitors feel comfortable and relaxed in a natural environment, with opportunities to enjoy nature, open space, landscape and recreation.

The Retreat will sit harmoniously within the landscape, where owners can connect and embrace the great outdoors. Each unit is thoughtfully curated to enhance the user experience, with focus on fostering a deep connection with nature while immersing yourself in the stunning views of the neighbouring nature garden and tranquil lake.

Step inside and you’ll discover a place of comfort where the ground floor unfolds onto an external deck immersed within the natural surroundings where residents can unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the everyday life.

We are now in the process of completing the construction package enabling these units to get on site as soon as possible!
