Simon and Katy strapped on their hard hats as they headed to Martin’s Gate, Exeter for the latest site visit. It was pleasing to see that great progress was being made during the pre-tender stripping out. It was fascinating to see the existing fabric of the building being stripped back and discovering some interesting elements of the building’s history.

Martin’s Gate is a refurbishment of two existing retail units, creating a mixed-use scheme that will create a eleven high-quality student apartments in the centre of Exeter. As the project enters its next stages, we look forward to seeing this project start on site.
