WIA team members enjoyed a nice day out this week as we visited the Pritchatts Park site in Birmingham. It was great to see that the stripping out of Pritchatts House was making good progress.

It was exciting to see the buildings taking shape, especially Pritchatts House’s new roof which was in the process of being installed.

Situated at the Pritchatts Park Village Development, Pritchatts House is a 5-storey accommodation building, consisting of 163 duplex flats with shared facilities. Overall, the development will bring 496 new build bedrooms to the site and over 700 refurbished bedrooms to the University.

We look forward to our next visit to the site and seeing the latest progress!
