Planning permission has now been submitted for St Patricks Hall in Reading. The scheme is for 884 new purpose built accommodation. Providing a mix of ensuite bedrooms, shared bathrooms and townhouses.
The scheme is designed around Pearson’s Court, built in 1913 and locally listed in November 2016 by reading Borough Council. The new accommodation together with Pearson’s Court creates two new courtyards, retains existing trees and puts social functions at the heart of the site.
