As part of WIA commitment to healthy living, the team this week headed out to Bristol harbourside for the first ‘HIIT Refresher’ exercise session of the summer! High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a fantastic way to get a quick full body workout during lunchtime and Max Chutter was brilliant at teaching everyone each exercise.
Training will continue weekly with the inclusion of some meditation at the end of each session to refresh and set the team up for the rest of the day! We look forward to seeing how everyone gets on!
