University of Birmingham.  The Equitix and EQUANS team closed this exciting 1,230-bed student accommodation project at Pritchatts Park Student Village which will provides nearly 500 new student bedrooms, upgrades over 700 existing student bedrooms and delivers a 482-space multi-storey car park.

University of Essex.  Uliving reached financial close on the third phase of accommodation for the University of Essex. LinkCity UK in consortium with Equitix, will delivery of 1,262 student bedrooms for the University.  Construction will be delivered by Bouygues UK with completion scheduled for the beginning of the 2023/24 academic year.  This is our second major project at the University and the third phase of accommodation for the Equitix / LinkCity consortium.

London School of Economics and Political Sciences. We are delighted to have supported EQUANS reach financial close on this student accommodation project.  Forming part of the Old Kent Road Regeneration Area, the accommodation will comprise 15 storeys of postgraduate accommodation, delivering 676 bed spaces, as well as communal spaces, a gym, three roof terraces, a cinema room and two courtyard gardens.
