More than just a place to live and work

We have specialist sector experience in the design of private housing, retail, healthcare and commercial building projects.

Very often these have arisen from requests from existing clients who want to work with us on an individual project, or by recommendation from others. With all these projects we apply the same principles of working to achieve a good outcome for everyone, delivering schemes that have real value and are a joy to live and work in.

Our project experience

Our work with private clients is broad: from new and refurbished houses in Bristol and London, to an alpine ski chalet and new home perched high on the hills in Wales. We have experience on working with clients and contractors on bars and retail spaces, from a flower shop in a listed building in Clifton, Bristol, to several new pubs and bars in the city and Roll for the Soul, a community bike café. Over the years we have also worked on care homes and medical centres and have a deep understanding of the requirements for these important building types.
