The site sits on the north side of the Tywi Valley overlooking Nantgaredig. Our proposals replace a poor quality redundant building with a new four-bedroom family home and a detached double garage.

We have designed a contemporary reworking of the vernacular farmhouse and barn form, centred around a sheltered yard.

The use of local materials and simple, robust detailing ensures the buildings to sit comfortably within the landscape.
