An old cottage in the centre of the village of Portscatho, with a 1950s flat roof extension, remodelled and extended to create a 3-bedroom holiday cottage for the client.
The client request was for a linked indoor/outdoor space that took advantage of the redesigned terrace and garden, adding a further ‘room’ to the house.
We successfully negotiated the proposals through the planning and construction process.
