Our residential projects span individual homes for private clients through to masterplanning a development of 1,000 holiday homes. The common themes in our work are:

Major Developments

Major developments The sites we work on tend to have complex constraints and are often challenging to deliver through the planning process. We work with teams of trusted consultants to ensure that the designs are commercially viable and are deliverable at planning stage. We secured approval for 1000 holiday homes in Dorset for the Habitat First Group. The Masterplan was developed in dialogue with West Dorset District Council. The Design Framework incorporates high levels of flexibility to deliver bespoke houses for individual clients on a plot by plot basis.
