The scheme involved the demolition of existing buildings and the redevelopment of a brownfield site- highlighted as a gateway site to the London Borough of Lewisham.
The planning process included extensive consultation with local and regional stakeholders, including conservation, ecology and heritage groups.
The building is constructed using an innovative concrete panel system. This allowed speedy assembly of a multi-storey building on a tight site, providing a water-tight, self-finished solution.
