The scheme consists of 107 student bedrooms configured in self-contained cluster flats, including shared bathrooms and a kitchen / living dining room. The flats varied in size from 4 bedroom to 8 bedroom.
The client’s brief was to retain and integrate as much of the historic fabric and existing features as possible into the final design. We provided a unique student living experience with the bedrooms housed within the original structure and new infill elements within the basement, undercroft and roof space.
